The Messengers of Faith Welcomes You

2010 and Our 8^th Season

What an honor it is to serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  We praise His Mighty Name for the privilege once again to sing His Praises and to share His Gospel.  As we make the transition from the 2009 season to the 2010 season, we bring with us our newest project simply entitled, After All.  The lyrics of that wonderful old song spells out the reality that after everything in this life is over, we are going to look back and know that whatever we have had to experience or endure will certainly be worth it…and knowing this gives us Faith that we can make it…After All.

We begin 2010 with all the same members as we were in 2009…plus one.  Joining us this year is Rhonda Viney of Pleasant Hill.  Rhonda will be playing bass for the group and contributing vocally, as well.  Rhonda’s added talents to the Messengers of Faith will enable the Messengers of Faith to present the message in music this year with a true live band.  Far beyond her talent, however, is her love for the Lord.  Her testimony is strong and her heart for the ministry is unmistakably the same, as all the Messengers of Faith.

As we continue to go out to encourage the believers and witness to the unsaved, our mission this year could best be described in the words of the missionary, C.T. Studd when he said “Some wish to live within the sound of a church or chapel bell; I want to run a rescue shop within a yard of Hell.”  It is with serious determination that we continue to press forward with the Message of Jesus Christ.

Once again, I would encourage you to stay in touch with the Messengers of Faith here in the pages of our website.  We will be adding several new features this year in addition to the daily scripture feed as well as a daily devotional to our Words of Faith page found at www.themessengersoffaith.com/Encouragement.htm .  Also, your comments and feedback are always welcome at talktous@themessengersoffaith.com . We look forward to seeing each of you at one or more of the concerts listed on our schedule page.  To help you travel easily to each location, we have included a map to each concert listed.  By clicking on the concert,  the map will give you the exact location and  a phone number if you need more directions.

Please continue to pray for the Messengers of Faith.  Like every other ministry that is seriously trying to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we encounter obstacles.  We know by experience, that through your prayers these obstacles are removed and the Word continues to go out to those who are willing to receive it.
